Block Sales Officer
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Block Sales Officer to manage and drive sales growth within a designated block or territory. As a Block Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders to increase sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned block.
2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders.
3. Market Coverage: Ensure effective market coverage and visibility of our products.
4. Distribution Management: Manage distribution networks to ensure timely delivery and stock levels.
5. Market Insights: Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
