Salary:-Performance based payment ( probation period first 3/6th month) / permanent position with fixed salary after that.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Implementation
2. Field operations & monitoring
3. Coordination & communication
4. Business development
Eligibility Criteria:-
1. Minimum graduate (b.com/bba/social work)
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in development sector/NGO/MSME activities
3. knowledge of SHG, rural development & entrepreneurship.
4. strong communication and leadership skill
5. must have smartphone, basic computer skills & field mobility.

Mobilisation and community engagement
reporting and support
Eligibility Criteria HS Passed/ Graduate Preferred
