Position:

Blister Filling Machine Operator - Injectables

Department:

Production - Packaging (Injectables)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor blister packing machines in the

Injectables Division

as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting during blister operations.
Ensure proper feeding, sealing, and packing of

ampoules/vials

in blister packs.
Monitor printing, batch coding, labeling, and packaging integrity.
Maintain machine hygiene and ensure cleaning validation as per SOP.
Conduct in-process checks (sealing, batch coding, packaging quality) to ensure compliance.
Maintain production logbooks and documentation in line with GMP and audit standards.
Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams for smooth production.
Adhere to safety standards and immediately report deviations or breakdowns.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Science / Technical background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in blister packing (Injectables/Pharma industry preferred).
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in

injectables manufacturing

.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-speed blister machines.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
