BlissClub is a community first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, BlissClub has raised $17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after BlissClub raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Responsibilities :

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Customer Lifecycle management :

- Define and manage the retention communication strategy using a mix of platforms like Text messages, WhatsApp, and emailers.

- Own new initiatives to improve and increase customer retention and open up new channels for retention

- Manage CLM POD to translate growth requirements to the brand team with audience behavior study, segmentation, and hyper-segmentation

- Own the mandate for customer lifecycle, their purchase journey, customer retention, and loyalty program: define & draw out the content strategy for paid mediums; manage internal and external creative teams to achieve business metrics.Measure and assess ROIs & OKRs for all campaigns.

Tech Product Marketing :

- Define and manage the communication strategy for brand and customer first initiatives on the app and website

- Site merchandising - ensuring there is consistent brand first messaging across pages, cataloging, new launches, cross category promotions,

New Product Launches :

Develop comprehensive communication strategy for new product launches and executing it for various channels whilst working with category managers & other brand managers

What you need :

- 5+ years experience in brand management with digital experience

- Hands-on experience developing insights to creatives to synthesising data

- Creative & analytical mindset

- Portfolio of work

- You would be working closely with multiple stakeholders including visual design, motion graphics, content teams etc. Your additional job would be to keep all the work organised and ensure fast delivery of all marketing content
