Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

Prepare and execute blends according to standard formulas and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of all blending activities, including quantities, batch details, and adjustments.

Ensure all blends meet internal quality standards and specifications.

Prepare and submit samples to regulatory authorities such as FSSAI, Excise, etc., as required.

Collaborate with the quality and production teams to troubleshoot and improve.

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.

Qualifications & Skills: -

Diploma/Graduate in Alcohol Technology or related field preferred.

Prior experience in blending, beverage, or spirits manufacturing is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
