We are looking for an enthusiastic

Academic Counselor

to support students throughout their admission journey. This is a

blended process role

where you will handle

50% voice calls

, along with

chat and email support

, to guide students, address queries, and assist them in choosing the right educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound

voice calls

to assist students with course details, admission processes, and career-related queries.
Provide support through

chat and email

, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-up actions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing

Looking for freshers who want to kick-start their career after completing their studies. This role provides excellent exposure to the education industry and offers strong growth opportunities.

During the training period,

the package will be ?17,500 for the first 3 to 6 months

. After confirmation (completion of probation),

it will be ?20,000 to ?25,000, based on performance.
