Required Skills:

Strong communication skills -

spoken and written English

(regional language proficiency is a plus). Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses. Comfortable with

calling, emailing, and live chat

platforms. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and student data handling.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum:

Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferred: education, counseling, psychology, or related)

Preferred:

Relevant certification in counseling or education is a bonus.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, telecalling, or EdTech industry. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
