Job Role (Hospitality Process):

Handle customer queries through

both voice (calls)

and

email support

channels. Manage

hotel bookings

, including new reservations, modifications, and special requests. Process

cancellations

and provide accurate information on related policies. Address and resolve

customer grievances

in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a high level of

customer satisfaction

by delivering clear and courteous communication. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth

reservation and service operations

. Update customer records and ensure

accurate documentation

of all interactions. Follow company guidelines, service standards, and escalation procedures
