Location:

Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Experienced Candidates

: CTC ?28,500 | In-Hand ?24,000

Freshers Candidates :

CTC ?20,000 | In-Hand ?18,000

Shift Timings

Male Candidates:

Rotational shifts (starting from 7:00 AM, 24x7 coverage)

Female Candidates:

Fixed Day Shifts (any 9 hours till 8:00 PM)

Weekly Off:

1 Rotational Off

Eligibility

Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months of customer service experience Must clear the

Versant Test

with a minimum score of 4
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and complaints via

calls, chats, and emails

Provide accurate information on

flight bookings, schedules, and airline policies

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
