Minimum Qualification


DIPLOMA MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (DME)

Experience:

+ 2 to 6 years in machining or process industries.

Technical Expertise:

+ Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
+ Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
+ Experience with implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
+ Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines.
+ Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization.
+ Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls.
+ Proficiency in design tools, including CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD.

Communication & Collaboration:

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving:

+ Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving shop floor challenges in daily operations.
+ Capable of analyzing and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, procedures, reference sketches, weld plans, test plans, shift schedules, and planning documents.

Standards & Compliance:

+ Knowledge of ISO standards, including QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environmental Management System), and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety).

Work Flexibility:

+ Willingness to work in rotating or multiple shifts as required.
