BKG - Customer Service

on behalf of

IndusInd Bank

in Chennai (Karapakkam).

Role Details




??We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented team member to join our Contact Center team. The role involves supporting IndusInd Bank's valued customers through phone calls and emails across various banking verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to provide efficient and accurate resolutions.




Role Responsibilities:



?? Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, requests & complaints

?? Raise service requests/complaints in the CRM tool

?? Generate leads & educate customers on new products and benefits

?? Ensure compliance with all guidelines and processes

?? Identify customer issues, highlight trends & suggest improvements

?? Meet monthly scorecard targets - Quality, Efficiency & Accuracy

?? Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes & systems

?? Achieve assigned sales targets

Specific Requirements




Experience:

0 to 5 years in customer service or related roles.

Languages:

Proficiency in

English and Hindi

with adaptability and a positive attitude. Willingness to work in

Day and Evening Shifts

Notice Period:

Compensation




Freshers:

?3 LPA + Performance Bonus

Experienced Candidates:

Up to ?5 LPA + Performance Bonus
