TCS Hiring Biztalk Developer at PAN India locations
Exp Range- 5 to 10 Yrs
Key Technical Skillsets-
Working experience on supporting BizTalk Integration applications in operations environment
Understanding of ITIL process, SLAs/KPI's and change process.
Proficient with monitoring of BizTalk Integration Services applications, alerts and housekeeping.
Work with different Application Teams as and when required for the resolution of incidents.
Prioritize, Research, Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and work on incidents without any SLA misses.
Following SOPs in place for the timely resolution of incidents
Attend customer status call and discussion calls
