Role: BIW
Yrs of Exp: 3 to 6 yrs

Skills: Catia and sheetmetal/Plastic product design in automotive domain
Body Engineering(Sheetmetal/Plastic)
Technical Skills
Plastics Fairing Design
1. Preferred experience 3 - 7 years ( Plastics-Domain)
2. Work experience on 2 wheeler Plastic part design / 4 wheeler Exterior & Interior trims.
3. Work experience on Joining /assembly process & Fit Finish.
4. Hands-on experience on Catia software must (3 years minimum )
5. Understanding of the manufacturing process & Tool Design.
6. Understanding of CAE reports & Track test report ( Pave / Fleet) ,Implement the countermeasures based on the report .
Sheet Metal Product Design
1. Preferred experience 3-7 years ( Sheet Metal-Domain)
2. Work experience on 2 wheeler Fuel Tank part design / 4 wheeler BIW.
3. Work experience on Joining /assembly process & Fit Finish.
4. Hands-on experience on Catia software must (3 years minimum)
5. Understanding of the manufacturing process & Tool Design.
6. Understanding of CAE reports & Track test report ( Pave / Fleet) ,Implement the countermeasures based on the report.
