What you will do.
Identify, acquire, and manage clients in
construction, infrastructure, and related
businesses
for Bitumen products. Drive
B2B sales
ensuring revenue
and volume targets are met. Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, builders and government project
Contractors. Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, operations) to ensure smooth
order execution and customer satisfaction. Track competitor activity, market trends, and share insights to strengthen business
strategy. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and client pipelines.
What we are looking for.
2-6 years of experience in B2B sales preferable-Bitumen / Petrochemicals / Construction materials sales.
Prior exposure to B2B sales, especially with road contractors, infrastructure companies, or government projects.
Experience working with manufacturers, refineries, or large traders is a strong plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
