Your Profile

Align Application Maintenance (ADM) processes with business goals using Capgemini's BPF framework. Map business processes and analyze financial metrics, IT failures, and transactional data to define and improve KPIs. Perform KPI calculation and build business cases for leadership and client buy-in. Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and performance trends. Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights, solutions, and progress to stakeholders.

Your Role

Strong business process understanding and experience in business analysis across IT and operations. Proficiency in data analysis using Power BI and Excel, including dashboarding and data modeling. Knowledge of financial metrics and KPI frameworks relevant to ADM and business performance. Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and reports using PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERP systems and techno-functional roles in implementation or support environments.
