Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of biryanis (Veg/Non-Veg) with authentic taste and aroma.

Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency in every batch.

Manage kitchen operations during catering events.

Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper ingredient storage.

Assist in menu planning and portion control.

Work efficiently under time constraints for bulk orders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Biryani Cook or similar role in catering or restaurant.

Knowledge of different regional biryani styles (Hyderabadi, Kolkata, Lucknowi, etc.) preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.

Team player with good communication and hygiene habits.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.
