Required Skills
B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology
Eager to learn and grow in the biotech field
Basic understanding of laboratory/biotech concepts
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Support senior engineers, chemists, or project leads
Perform basic lab procedures, testing, and documentation
Maintain reports, quality records, and compliance data
Participate in field visits, site activities, or customer support
Ensure adherence to safety and standard operating procedures
