We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled
Attendance Biometric Operator
who can manage biometric attendance devices and handle basic networking tasks including DNS, DHCP, Ping tests, and subnet troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, connectivity, and accurate data reporting from attendance systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage
biometric attendance machines
.
Ensure devices remain online and synced with the server.
Troubleshoot device issues such as:
Network disconnection
Fingerprint/RFID errors
Data sync failures
Perform basic
network troubleshooting

Ping test
IP configuration
DNS/DHCP issues
Subnet mismatch resolution
Coordinate with IT/network team if advanced issues occur.
Monitor and validate attendance records.
Regularly update device firmware (if needed).
Maintain logs of device uptime, downtime, and attendance errors.
Provide on-site or remote support for branches/units (if required).
Required Skills & Knowledge
Must have experience with
biometric attendance systems
(ZKTeco, Real-time, ESSL, etc.).
Understanding of
Networking Basics
:
DNS
DHCP
Subnetting
Gateway/IP configuration
Ping & packet loss tests
Basic hardware troubleshooting ability.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
1-3 years experience in biometric systems or IT support
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Windows)
Preferred
Experience with multiple attendance machine brands
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN
Willingness to travel (if required)
