Job Description

Maintenance & Repair

: Perform routine checks, calibrations, and repairs on diverse medical devices (e.g., monitors, IV pumps, diagnostic equipment).

Installation & Upgrades

: Set up new equipment and integrate upgrades into existing hospital systems.

Technical Support

: Troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and offer technical guidance to clinical staff.

Training

: Educate doctors, nurses, and technicians on proper equipment usage, care, and basic troubleshooting.

Compliance

: Ensure all activities meet safety standards (like IEC 60601) and regulatory requirements.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inventory, and service reports.

Collaboration

: Work with vendors, manufacturers, and hospital teams to resolve complex problems and improve performance.
