Job Description

A biomedical job involves designing, developing, maintaining, and testing medical devices, equipment, and software to improve healthcare, combining engineering and medicine to create solutions like prosthetics, diagnostic tools, or treatment systems, requiring skills in technical design, problem-solving, data analysis, and regulatory compliance, with roles ranging from research-focused engineers to hands-on clinical technicians. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

Create new medical devices, instruments, software, or implants (e.g., artificial joints, imaging tech).

Testing & Validation:

Conduct rigorous testing to ensure safety, effectiveness, and functionality, meeting medical standards.

Maintenance & Repair:

Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair complex medical equipment in clinical settings.

Collaboration:

Work with doctors, researchers, and manufacturers to understand needs and implement solutions.

Training:

Instruct healthcare staff on proper equipment use and care.

Compliance:

Ensure all work adheres to strict safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines (like FDA).

Research:

Analyze data, study biological systems, and stay updated on new technologies to advance medical care. Must know Eng/Telugu
