Job Description

Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CT scanning equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Setup

: Install and configure CT scanners and related imaging equipment in healthcare facilities, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with regulations.

Maintenance and Repair

: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CT scanners to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. This includes conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks.

Technical Support

: Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of CT equipment, ensuring they understand operational protocols and safety measures.

Documentation

: Maintain detailed records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety standards. This documentation is crucial for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Collaboration

: Work closely with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of imaging equipment and address any technical issues that arise.

Emergency Response

: Be available for on-call service to address urgent equipment failures or issues that may arise outside of regular working hours.
