Key Responsibilities

Equipment Management

Install, test, and commission aesthetic medical devices such as: Laser machines (Diode, Nd:YAG, CO?, Alexandrite) RF, HIFU, and body contouring devices HydraFacial, PRP, GFC, and skin treatment machines Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment Maintain service logs, calibration records, and maintenance reports
Technical Support

Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize equipment downtime Provide on-site and remote technical support to doctors and therapists Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for major repairs and upgrades
Safety & Compliance

Ensure machines comply with safety standards and regulatory norms Conduct regular safety checks and electrical testing Train staff on proper machine handling and basic troubleshooting Support audits and inspections (NABH/JCI where applicable)
Training & Documentation

Conduct technical training for doctors, nurses, and technicians Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and maintenance protocols Assist in machine demos and clinical workshops
Inventory & Asset Control

Manage spare parts inventory and consumables Track equipment warranty, AMC, and service contracts Support procurement decisions with technical evaluations

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
