Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Creating and improving medical devices, equipment, and systems.

Research and Development:

Conducting research to advance medical knowledge and develop new healthcare solutions.

Maintenance and Repair:

Ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of medical equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.

Technical Support:

Providing technical expertise and support to healthcare professionals regarding medical equipment and devices.

Collaboration:

Working with doctors, scientists, and other engineers to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.

Testing and Evaluation:

Assessing the performance and safety of medical devices and equipment.
Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD, MATLAB). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach. Knowledge of biomedical engineering principles and medical device design.
