We are looking for a dynamic Service & Sales Biomedical Engineer who will be responsible for selling medical capital equipment and providing after-sales service support. The role involves generating new business by engaging with corporate hospitals, private hospitals, and nursing homes, while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely installation, training, and maintenance of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate leads through hospital visits, networking, and customer interactions.
Build strong relationships with biomedical, purchase, and clinical decision-makers.
Present product demonstrations, technical discussions, and value propositions to customers.
Drive sales of medical capital equipment to achieve assigned targets.
Participate in tenders, negotiations, and closure of sales deals.
Service & Technical Support
Handle installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service of medical devices.
Provide product training and demonstrations to end-users and technical staff.
Act as the first point of contact for service queries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records and report recurring issues for product improvements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
