Explain device features, clinical applications, and advantages to nurses, doctors, and procurement teams.
Provide hands-on training on proper usage, handling, and maintenance.
Demonstrate use on live models or simulation setups as required.
2. Installation & Commissioning
Install and configure the device at customer sites.
Verify correct operation after installation.
Provide orientation training to end users.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Address customer queries regarding operation, performance, or safety.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with service engineers for advanced issues.
Report field issues to the technical/quality team for analysis.
4. Customer Training & Education
Conduct refresher training sessions and periodic follow-ups.
Prepare user manuals, demonstration videos, or educational materials if required.
Maintain detailed records of demonstrations, trainings, and feedback.
5. Sales & Marketing Support
Assist the sales team with product presentations during hospital visits.
Participate in medical exhibitions, workshops, CME programs, and tenders.
Highlight the clinical value and benefits of the Vein Viewer AR100 to support sales goals.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain demonstration logs, customer interaction reports, and training records.
Provide timely reports to management on demo performance and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
