Job Title



Bio-Medical Engineer



The Biomedical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of medical devices within clinical environments. This position requires strong technical expertise in biomedical systems, communication protocols, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and device manufacturers.


Key Responsibilities



Analyze medical device communication protocols to ensure interoperability and compliance with industry standards. Define and maintain biomedical specifications for device drivers, ensuring accurate and efficient integration with hospital systems. Collaborate directly with device manufacturers to consolidate technical information and resolve integration challenges. Provide biomedical expertise to support team activities related to medical device implementation and troubleshooting. Prepare technical and regulatory documentation in alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and applicable standards.


You're the right fit if:



Good understanding of medical devices and their operational principles. Familiarity with clinical/hospital information systems and workflows. Knowledge of software development concepts, including device driver architecture. Proficiency in HL7 standards for healthcare data exchange. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in biomedical engineering and in a medical device environment. Experience in writing technical and regulatory documents under QMS guidelines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong commitment to quality and compliance.
