Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Biomedical Applications Associate to spearhead our market outreach. This role uniquely blends deep technical knowledge with professional communication and high-volume calling skills (BPO/Call Center background is highly valued). The primary focus is to engage, qualify, and market our products to key institutions like hospitals and medical colleges.

Key Responsibilities



1. Market Outreach & Lead Qualification (High-Volume Calling)

a. Execute high-volume outbound calls daily to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers

. b. Deliver professional and persuasive product pitches over the phone, effectively handling objections and securing interest/appointments.

c. Accurately manage and update all client interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system. d. Work towards meeting targets for daily calls, talk time, and qualified lead generation.

Technical Marketing & Content



A. Serve as the initial technical resource, clearly articulating product specifications and clinical benefits.

B. Draft professional, persuasive email correspondence for follow-up and lead nurturing. c. Develop high-quality, technically accurate presentations and marketing collateral (e.g., PowerPoint) tailored for client meeting

3.

Sales Support



A. Act as the critical bridge between technical product specifications and client needs.

B. Prepare detailed background reports for the Field Sales team, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications Education & Background

? Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (BME) or a related field (e.g., Clinical Engineering) is mandatory.

? Experience in BPO/Call Center (Telemarketing, Technical Support, or Inside Sales) is highly preferred but not mandatory for candidates demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

? Strong knowledge of Medical Infrastructure.

? Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional B2B outreach.

? Technical Acumen: Ability to rapidly comprehend and explain complex technical concepts related to medical devices.

? Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.

? Mindset: Highly results-driven, persistent, and possesses a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced commercial environment.
