Key Responsibilities:

Operation:

Start, stop, and control machine functions, adjusting settings like speed and efficiency for optimal output.

Setup:

Prepare machines for production runs by installing equipment and setting them up according to specifications.

Monitoring:

Oversee machine operations, checking for smooth running and consistent product quality.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for defects, making adjustments or flagging issues as needed.

Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep machinery in good working order.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve machine errors, malfunctions, or production problems.

Documentation:

Record production data, logs, and report any issues or performance metrics to supervisors.

Safety:

Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and maintain a clean work area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to detail and strong focus. Ability to read and understand blueprints/manuals. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and strength. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience with specific machinery (e.g., injection molding, CNC) may be required.
