Job Description

Career & Courses is hiring a dedicated and experienced Biology Teacher who can teach both Board-level Biology and NEET preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, clarity in teaching concepts, and prior experience in coaching NEET aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Biology for Classes 11 and 12 (CBSE/WBCHSE Board). Prepare students for NEET Biology with concept-based and exam-oriented teaching. Design lesson plans, practice sheets, and test papers. Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions. Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement. Track syllabus completion and maintain academic discipline in the classroom. Support the academic team in planning mock tests and evaluation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related fields. Prior teaching experience in NEET coaching is required. Strong command over Class 11 and 12 Biology syllabus. Ability to simplify complex topics for better student understanding. Good communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in coaching institutes or competitive exam training centers. Ability to motivate students and maintain high classroom engagement. Familiarity with NEET exam pattern, question trends, and scoring strategies.

Work Schedule

Full-time, offline teaching.
