- Biology TeacherPosition: Biology TeacherLocation: PN INSTITUTEReports to: Principal / Academic HeadSalary Range - 42000 to 65000 Per MonthKey Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Curriculum DeliveryPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology lessons for [Grade/Class - e.g., 9th to 12th / NEET aspirants].Ensure syllabus completion as per academic calendar and exam schedules.Use innovative teaching methods, practical demonstrations, and digital tools to make learning interactive.2. Student DevelopmentMotivate students and develop their interest in Biology and life sciences.Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams and internal assessments.Conduct remedial classes and provide academic guidance to struggling students.3. Classroom & Lab ManagementConduct laboratory experiments and ensure proper use of lab equipment.Maintain discipline, decorum, and a positive learning environment.4. Assessment & ReportingDesign and evaluate tests, assignments, and practical exams.Track student performance and share regular feedback with parents/guardians.Maintain accurate academic records and progress reports.5. Professional Development & Team ContributionParticipate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary projects.Stay updated with advancements in Biology and modern teaching methodologies.Qualifications & Skills Required:Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Life Sciences (B.Ed. preferred).Strong subject knowledge of school-level and competitive-level Biology.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Passion for teaching and mentoring students.Ability to use modern teaching aids (smart boards, presentations, digital tools).Work Schedule:Full-time/Part-time- as per the candidate and institute requirements.
