Position Overview:

We are inviting passionate and experienced

Biology Faculty

to join our NEET academic team. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the Class 11 and 12 Biology syllabus, be capable of delivering engaging lessons, and guide students effectively through the NEET preparation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Biology (Botany & Zoology) for NEET aspirants (Classes 11 & 12). Prepare and deliver high-quality, syllabus-aligned lectures and study material. Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and revision sessions. Address student doubts with clarity and provide individual attention where needed. Continuously evaluate student performance and implement improvement strategies. Keep up with the latest trends, syllabus updates, and NEET exam patterns. Work collaboratively with other faculty to ensure holistic student development.

Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Biology, Botany, Zoology, or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred). Minimum 2 years of NEET coaching experience. Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts in a simple, effective way. Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills. Passionate about student success and competitive exam coaching.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with top-tier NEET institutes. Digital teaching proficiency (smart board, online platforms, etc.). Strong mentoring ability and motivational approach.
