About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional

Physics Faculty

with an IIT background to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Physics and a passion for mentoring students preparing for

JEE (Main & Advanced)

and

NEET

examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

online live classes

for JEE / NEET aspirants with strong conceptual clarity and interactive teaching.

Develop high-quality content

including question banks, practice papers, and explanatory notes aligned with JEE / NEET syllabus. Prepare

video lectures, digital notes, and QC content files

for learning modules. Design and execute

academic activities, assignments, and tests

to monitor student progress. Collaborate with the academic team to improve course structure and teaching strategies. Stay updated with

latest exam patterns, trends, and syllabus changes

in competitive exams.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate (M.Sc / M.Tech / Ph.D) in Physics from

IITs / NITs / other premier institutions

.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of teaching / content creation experience preferred (fresh IIT graduates passionate about teaching are also welcome).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in online teaching tools, digital board usage, and educational content creation software.

Key Skills

Deep conceptual understanding of Physics (Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Modern Physics, etc.). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for learners. Innovative teaching approach and academic integrity.
