Key Areas of Responsibility

Facilitate professional and constructive communication with students through a text-based academic support platform. Provide accurate and timely responses to biology-related inquiries, with the ability to identify learning gaps and clarify misconceptions across core subject areas. Deliver structured and methodical explanations of biological concepts, utilizing appropriate instructional tools such as diagrams, flowcharts, illustrative examples, and real-world context to support comprehension. Conduct follow-up academic interactions to confirm understanding, tailoring explanations to align with the learner's educational level and learning needs.
Qualifications and Competencies

Prior experience teaching Biology at the senior secondary level or within an international curriculum framework. Familiarity with global education programs, including IB, Cambridge (IGCSE and A-Level), AP, or equivalent curricula, is preferred. Demonstrated strong written communication skills, with a professional, empathetic, and learner-oriented approach. Ability to maintain flexible availability, with an expected time commitment of approximately two hours per day.
