Prior
Biology teaching experience
at the senior secondary or international curriculum level. Experience withIB, CAIE (IGCSE, A-Level), AP, or similar international curricula
isstrongly preferred
. Strong communication skills with aprofessional, empathetic, and student-centric mindset
.Flexible availability
, ideally2 hours daily
. Respond promptly and accurately to students'biology-related queries
, identifyingconceptual gaps and misconceptions
in topics such ascell biology, genetics, human physiology, ecology, and evolution
. Provideclear, well-structured, step-by-step explanations
, usingdiagrams, flowcharts, examples, and real-life applications
to enhance understanding. Engage infollow-up discussions
to ensure students fully grasp concepts, adapting explanations to theiracademic level and emotional state
