Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with processing, analyzing, and visualizing large-scale biological datasets, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data.
2. Use bioinformatics tools and programming languages (such as Python, R, or Bioconductor) to develop custom scripts and pipelines for data analysis.
3. Contribute to the development, maintenance, and querying of biological databases for various research projects.
4. Collaborate with senior bioinformaticians and researchers to support ongoing projects and provide insights into biological data. Run case studies and validate in-house technologies.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and scientific publications based on data analysis results.
6. Ensure all processes, workflows, and scripts are well-documented for reproducibility and future use.

2. are available for duration of 6 months

3. have relevant skills and interests

4. currently pursuing a degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, molecular biology, or a related field.

5. have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
