Job Description

We are hiring an

Plant Supervisor

for our Biogas Plant at Bhuinj, Satara. The candidate will assist in day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth functioning of biogas production.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily biogas plant operations Monitor gas production, raw material feeding, and output Supervise operators, helpers, and maintenance staff Ensure safety, cleanliness, and plant discipline Maintain daily production and operation records Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep Handle basic troubleshooting and report issues to senior management
Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering

OR

Graduate with experience in biogas, sugar factory, distillery, boiler, power plantExperience: 1-5 years preferred Freshers with technical background can also apply (training provided)
Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of plant operations Team handling and supervision Willingness to work at plant site Problem-solving attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
