Position: Executive - BD Experience - 1-5 yearsOpen Positions -2 Location - Noida Job Overview:We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.Roles and responsibilities:1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersRequirements:1. Prior working experience as a business development executive or sales executive or a relevant role would be a plus.2. Proven sales track record3. Experience in customer support is a plus4. Proficiency in MS Office 5. Proficiency in English6. Market knowledge7. Communication and negotiation skills8. Ability to build rapport9. Time management and planning skills10. Knowledge and understanding of IT products sales, client expectations, trend in SAAS market and biometrics sales and techno- commercial aspects of business will be an additional plus point.Qualifications:1.
