Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine testing of paints, coatings, and raw materials
Assist in paint formulation and color matching
Perform physical and chemical tests as per standards
Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records
Record and analyze test results and prepare reports
Support quality control and production teams
Ensure lab safety, housekeeping, and compliance with procedures
Assist in trials and new product development
Education Qualification
B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry
B.E Chemistry / B.Tech Chemistry
Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of paint, coatings, or chemical testing
Familiarity with laboratory instruments and testing methods
Good analytical and documentation skills
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
