Job Description

? Perform enzyme handling, purification, and characterization using standard

biochemical and analytical techniques.

? Work with microbial expression systems including Pichia pastoris, E. coli, yeast, and

Aspergillus for strain maintenance, transformation, expression, and purification

workflows.

? Conduct molecular biology and biochemistry experiments with accuracy and

reproducibility.

? Optimize enzyme expression protocols, purification strategies, and assay conditions.

? Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of data, observations, and results.

? Analyze experimental outcomes, troubleshoot processes, and recommend

improvements.

? Collaborate with internal R&D teams to support research projects.

? Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines and best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
