Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Hyderabad. The Bio-Analytical Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, developing and providing soft-skills training, conducting regular assessments, and addressing areas where students face difficulties. The trainer will also ensure that students gain comprehensive technical knowledge and are well-prepared for the industry expectations and recruitment procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years Experience in bio-analysis and clinical research Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills in bio-analytical department Ability to assess and address student training needs Ability to teach online/offline classes Knowledge of industry expectations and recruitment procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field Prior training experience is an advantage

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
