The following outlines the primary duties associated with this role; however, additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain automation tools/scripts for Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms. Create custom solutions using C#, Python, and Revit API to improve productivity and model accuracy. Integrate automation outputs with other initiatives such as Power Apps, AI/ML, Power BI dashboards, and other reporting platforms. Excellent communication, leadership,and stakeholder management abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of technical depth and business impact Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud collaboration, digital twins, and design automation Mentor a team of automation specialists, providing technical leadership and training.

Required Skills:

C# programming Revit API development BIM platforms: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Bentley MicroStation, etc. Version control systems: GitHub, Azure DevOps Cloud collaboration tools: Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Collaborate Pro Dynamo scripting

Required Qualification

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 7 years of overall AEC/BIM experience, with 5 years of professional coding experience.

Good to Have

Experience with AI/ML in design automation or digital twins. Familiarity with tools like Evolve LAB Glyph, Speckle, Rhino/Grasshopper, Forge APIs. Database management: SQL, MongoDB for BIM data Web development using Frameworks: .NET Core, JavaScript, React & Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
