Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

BIM Trainer

with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for

delivering high-quality training

in BIM software tools and workflows to students, professionals, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver

structured BIM training programs

(Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.) Design course materials, assessments, and practical assignments Train candidates on

BIM standards

,

LOD

, and

project workflows

Conduct

hands-on sessions

and

live project simulations

Monitor student performance and provide feedback and support Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and practices in BIM and AEC industry Assist in

curriculum improvement

based on industry needs Collaborate with the internal team to ensure training aligns with business goals

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in

Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)

Knowledge of tools like

Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, SketchUp

Understanding of

clash detection, coordination, and BIM execution plans

Excellent

communication and presentation

skills Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners Passion for mentoring and teaching

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or related field Minimum

5 years of professional experience

in BIM modelling or coordination Prior experience in

teaching/training
