Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver structured BIM training sessions for employees at various skill levels (beginner to advanced). Develop training materials, documentation, tutorials, and hands-on exercises for software such as Revit(Architecture &Structural), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Civil 3D, and others. Provide one-on-one or group training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Support onboarding of new staff with BIM standards, protocols, and tools. Stay up to date with industry trends and software updates; incorporate changes into training content. Assess training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and evolving business needs. Collaborate with BIM Managers and project teams to align training with real-world project workflows and company BIM standards. Troubleshoot user issues and provide guidance on best practices. Maintain a knowledge base or internal BIM helpdesk resource center.

Qualifications:

Required:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360). Previous experience in a training, mentoring, or BIM coordination role. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex BIM processes and deliver effective technical training.
