Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

BIM Trainer

to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes to students and professionals. The role requires strong knowledge of BIM software, practical industry applications, and the ability to engage learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on BIM software such as

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Tekla Structures, Dynamo, AutoCAD, and related tools

. Develop customized course materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises. Train students, architects, civil engineers, and professionals on BIM standards, workflows, and implementation strategies. Provide guidance on

LOD (Levels of Development), 2D-12D BIM, Industry 4.0, Smart & Green Building concepts

. Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software updates, and industry practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical / related field. Minimum

2+ years of professional experience

in BIM execution or training. Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, Civil 3D, AutoCAD

, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and upskilling professionals. Knowledge of

BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192)
