Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and online training on BIM tools such as
Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
Develop and update
training materials, presentations, assignments, and project-based modules
Explain BIM concepts, standards, workflows, and industry best practices
Conduct
hands-on sessions, workshops, and real-time project demonstrations
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical projects
Provide guidance on
career paths, industry use cases, and project execution
Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and standards
Support students with doubt-solving and one-on-one mentoring
Coordinate with internal teams to improve course structure and delivery quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong knowledge of
BIM workflows and standards
Proficiency in
Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
and
Navisworks
Good understanding of
LOD, clash detection, BIM coordination, and documentation
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in BIM project execution
Knowledge of
ISO 19650, BIM execution plans (BEP), and coordination processes
Experience in training
students and working professionals
Exposure to tools like
Dynamo, BIM 360, or Civil 3D
is an advantage
