As a BIM Trainee specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, you will be an essential part of our team, focusing on the development and coordination of Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP systems in construction projects. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the field of MEP BIM, preparing you for a rewarding career in this specialized discipline. Key Responsibilities: 1. BIM Software Proficiency:

• Undergo training to become proficient in MEP-specific BIM software applications, such as Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and other relevant tools.
• Learn to create and modify 3D MEP models accurately

2. Model Development:

• Collaborate with senior BIM professionals to develop detailed MEP BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure that the models accurately represent MEP systems, including equipment, ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
• Assist in model changes and updates as per requirements.

3. Coordination and Clash Detection:

• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure effective coordination between MEP systems and architectural/structural designs.

4. Data Integration:

• Assist in managing and integrating data related to MEP systems, including specifications, equipment schedules, and manufacturer data.
• Learn to extract reports and data from MEP models for project stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including revision logs, change reports.
• Assist in preparing BIM-related project reports for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

6. Training and Skill Development:

• Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your proficiency in MEP BIM software and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or relevant coursework in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging MEP BIM technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 per month Benefits:
