Job Description

A
n overview of your role will include:
o

reate detail, subassembly, and final assembly drawings of various products from sketches, job sheets, or markups of similar designs as required o
o-ordinate and deliver as built drawings for customers o
reate drawings for permit o
erform required drafting changes or create new drawings as required o
pdate engineering design packages and prepare files for distribution as required o
aintain and update CAD files, o
ssist engineers/designers with drafting and development of engineering work packages o
esign and draft single lines; hazardous area classification; electrical layouts c/w cable tray runs, grounding, cable runs, lighting; wiring schematics; cable/conduit schedules; lighting panel schedules; junction box layouts; control panel layouts; I/O loop drawings; heat trace design; electrical installation details; etc. o
anaging and organizing drawings including drawing number request, receiving, storing, printing, issuing, etc. o
iaising and coordinating closely with internal team members and clients, and working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment o
lan and organize work o
ll other duties as assigned D
iploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control Engineering (or related discipline) C
AD Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution preferred 8
plus years of AutoCAD drafter/operator, in electrical and control system S
trong knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD electrical and Autodesk Plant 3D S
trong knowledge of 3D Modeling E
xperience in Autodesk Navisworks W
