Job Title:
BIM Structural Revit Modeler
Experience Required:
3-5 years in structural modeling using Autodesk Revit
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage structural BIM models in Revit
Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for clash-free designs
Prepare detailed drawings and schedules as per project standards
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan and LOD requirements
Collaborate using BIM 360
Qualifications:
BE/B-Tech in Civil Engineering
Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structural)
Knowledge of AutoCAD
MS Office proficiency
Understanding of BIM standards (LOD 300-400)
Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection
Strong knowledge of structural elements (steel, concrete, precast)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
