Develop BIM Models

: Create detailed 3D BIM models for structural components in residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects using advanced BIM software.

Collaborate with Design Teams

: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and integration across disciplines.

Coordinate Structural Design

: Facilitate the coordination of structural designs with other disciplines to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes.

Model Quality Control

: Perform regular quality checks and updates on models to maintain accuracy and compliance with design specifications.

Documentation and Reporting

: Generate comprehensive documentation and reports from BIM models to support construction planning and execution.

Software Proficiency

: Revit (Structure), Navisworks, Advance Steel .Concrete, BIM 360, and Dynamo. Strong understanding of structural systems: concrete, steel, wood.

Experience

: 2-5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling within the residential, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.

Education

: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. specializing in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
