Job Description

We are an Architectural firm based in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai looking for talented BIM Modelers in the Architecture space to join our team. The candidate has to create, maintain, and coordinate 3?D architectural models (Revit) that feed into multidisciplinary clash detection, quantity take?off, and construction?document production.

Key Responsibilities

Build/Revit families, levels, grids, view templates.

Produce coordinated BIM models for architecture, structural & MEP teams.

Run Navisworks clash detection; log and resolve clashes.

Generate 2?D drawings, schedules & quantity take?offs directly from the model.

Follow the project BIM Execution Plan (naming conventions, file structure).

Support senior architects with visualisations (renders, walkthroughs).

Attend weekly coordination meetings and respond to RFIs.

Required Experience

2?-?3?years of hands?on BIM modeling in an architecture practice (high?rise, mixed?use or residential projects preferred).

Delivered BIM models for at least 3 completed projects.

Technical Skills

Autodesk Revit (Architecture) - Advanced.

Navisworks Manage/Simulate - Clash detection.

Dynamo (basic) - Automation of repetitive tasks.

AutoCAD - Moderate.

BIM 360/ACC (cloud collaboration) - Experience.

Knowledge of IFC, COBie, ISO?19650 BIM standards.

Soft Skills

Strong spatial awareness & attention to detail.

Ability to interpret design intent and translate it into model elements.

Clear communicator - can explain model issues to designers/engineers.

Team player; comfortable with tight coordination deadlines.

Good time?management.

Education

Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Extras

Autodesk Certified Professional - Revit for Architecture.

Exposure to SketchUp/Lumion for visualisation.

Basic energy?analysis tools (e.g., Energy?Plus).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
